Stephen has played guiÂtar for 25 years which makes him feel OLD when thinkÂing about it. He is marÂried, going on 20 years, to his colÂlege sweetÂheart, and they live with their three boys in St. Charles county, near St. Louis.
His first band CrossÂRoads played ChrisÂtÂian rock around northÂeastÂern OklaÂhoma back in the late 90’s. He’s always been involved with gigÂging in the church scene but has been dorÂmant for the last few years and is thrilled to be back at it with these guys.
Stephen loves his 15 year old Mesa BooÂgie amp and new Egnater Rebel amp. Â
His fave axe is a ‘95 GibÂson Les Paul, supÂported by a ‘02 Ibanez RG and ‘04 Ibanez SZ guiÂtars, an unknown Fender Nashville TeleÂcaster and an ‘89 Yairi Alvarez acoustic. Â
Effects are stomp boxes modÂiÂfied by Robert KeeÂley ElecÂtronÂics and a couÂple KeeÂley mod’ed Line 6 modelers.
